Long Jing Green Tea

Also known as needle tea, named after it’s interesting shape.  This tea is the savoury equivalent to the Bi Lo Chun, with light savoury flavours of lime, rice and citrus that stand above the traditional notes of flora and wet woods.  It is a very refreshing tea, best paired with sweet desserts or after a filling meal.
